A smart camera does not make a smart photographer. Just because your friend, co-worker, or relative may have a high-speed, high-quality digital camera, does not mean he/she is an amazing photographer. While good “over-the-counter” equipment does help the average consumer up their photography game, a professional photographer brings an artistic vision, approach and creative eye that can’t be bought at the electronics store.
I want my clients to understand that when you book a session with me, you are getting a professional. I carry general liability insurance and am a limited liability corporation. I spend time educating myself, improving my skills and making sure I am offering the best service and products. I take pride in my people skills and truly enjoy working with all of my clients. I have been member of The Professional Photographers' of America (PPA) since 2013.
As a professional photographer I have the knoweldge and ability to edit and retouch images. My goal as a photographer is to create heirloom beautiful wall portraits that will be cherished in your home for multiple generations. I also have access to the best photo labs in the business!

THE PHOTO SESSION PROCESS
THE CONSULTATION
We will discuss the best session time for your family, what to wear and I am availabe to answer any questions you have. Please feel free to discuss with me any “must have” shots you want. We’will also cover how you intend to use the images—save the dates, invites, artwork, framing, etc—and help you refine the message you’re looking to convey within your session. Leading into the session, we can be sure to have the plan set to capture perfect images to display in your home!
THE SHOOT
Please arrive and be ready to start your session at your designated time. If you need time to dress children, please arrive early.
I never rush little ones. I always have something to help children relax into the environment. Don’t be surprised if we start the session with a swing on our tire swing or a climb up our tree! We will always stop for “posed” portraits but we keep moving! Little ones like to move so be ready to have some FUN!
You will hear my shutter go off a lot while I am shooting. I only include the BEST in your gallery. You are hiring me to do a job from start to finish and I take that very seriously. I do not release images that are not perfect by my standards. This is to ensure you get the best from me and it is to ensure my brand stays true to me and my studio.

POST PROCESSING
Your images will be color corrected, checked for highlights and shadows, and I will do a bit of retouching. Then I’ll post a few “best of the best” to Facebook and/or my blog.
THE PREVIEW
Your finalized, edited images will be showcased on a secure web gallery protected with a custom password. We will schedule a time post-shoot either in person or over the phone to go over your digital image and print selections. Your images will be available on the selection gallery site for 10 days . After 10 days, the gallery will be moved to an archival site where they will stay indefinitley.
FINAL DELIVERY
Turnaround time for products is based on the specific product you order. Once your final prints/products are available they will be available for pick up at my studio. Arrangements for shipping can be made for an additional fee.
